Every beginner athlete should know that it is necessary to train hardly and intensively for success. But heavy training with incorrect engineering not only waste of time, but also is way to overtraining and, as consequence, traumas.

The results won't force themselves to wait for a long period, if you choose in training correct direction, using a right, qualitative training in all body building exercises or fitness exercises. And it is irrespective whether you train for maintenance of muscles shape or for participation in prestigious competitions. Thus we have acquainted you with the saved experience in development of breast muscles. The principles, described in this chapter, could be transferred after updating on any other group of muscles. Mighty chest and well advanced, divided breast muscles are always important criterion at estimation of a general view of the sportsman.

The size of chest is initially depends first of all on genetics of the man, but in youthful age (20-22 years) it is an opportunity to achieve its growth by application of respiratory exercises.

However, even if to you are 30 or 40 years, you can increase volume of chest on 5-10 cm. by pretty serious trainings. There are two variants in development of chest:

  1. Increase the skeleton of chest.
  2. Training of muscles of a breast under all possible corners and on various training machines.

However, it is necessary to remember, that the development of breast muscles should not break your general proportions.

Increase of volume of the chest:

This task is solved by performance of a combination of exercises, which stimulate deep breath and movements, which are stretching the chest. The specialization on increase of volume of the chest is carried out before a training of muscles of a breast, which volume accordingly decreases. For young athlete this specialization lasts 4-6 months, and for more senior age 6-8 months.
